□ Objectives of the Project
ㅇ To provide Korean companies with information on overseas agency regarding international IP disputes and dispute prevention.
□ Requirements
ㅇ A law firm or IP service agency located abroad ㅇ Consulting group shall include - at least one patent attorney or an attorney with a minimum of five years of experiences in related fields and - at least two of (1)attorneys or (2)patent agents or (3)those equipped with a doctorate degree in related fields. ※ Requirements above are applied only to those given by the country in which the agency is located.
□ How to apply

안녕하십니까. 한국지식재산보호원입니다.
한국지식재산보호원은 특허청 산하의 공공기관으로, 국내기업의 해외진출을 위한 지재권 컨설팅 지원사업을 진행하고 있습니다.
(2016년 1월 1일부로 지식재산보호협회에서 지식재산보호원으로 변경되었습니다)
지재권 컨설팅 사업이 국내에 위치한 로펌에서의 진행뿐 아니라,
해외에 위치한 로펌에서도 진행할 수 있도록 해외 수행기관 풀 모집을 진행중입니다.
이에 따라 MOU를 체결한 재미특허변호사협회의 회원분들께 해당내용 안내 및 지원을 부탁 드리고자 메일을 드리게 되었습니다.
(지식재산보호협회와 재미특허변호사 협회는 2012년 10월 25일 리츠칼튼 호텔에서 MOU를 채결하였습니다.)
본 컨설팅은 국내 기업과 해외기업간의 분쟁이 있거나, 예상되는 중소/중견기업을 대상으로,
수출전략(수출 전 현지에서 지재권을 문제가 없는지 사전검토), 현안전략(경고장 수령, 소송 전략수립)등의 내용으로 진행됩니다.
컨설팅은 보호원에서 직접 진행하는 것이 아닌 지원기업에서 수행기관(특허사무소나 로펌등)을 선택하면,
선택한 수행기관의 심사(수행자의 경력, 자격등)를 통해, 이상이 없을 시 수행기관에서 컨설팅을 진행하게됩니다.
이번에 제출된 수행기관 리스트의 경우 신청기업이 해외 수행기관의 컨설팅을 원하는 경우 제공될 예정이며,
컨설팅 신청기업이 직접 연락하고 업무협의를 한 후 선택할 예정입니다.
사업 공고문 및 해외 수행기관 풀 구성계획을 함께 첨부하오니 자세한 내용은 첨부파일을 확인부탁드리며,
신청을 원하시는 기관에서는 신청서 내용을 기재하여 5월 31일까지 ipkoipa@koipa.re.kr로 제출 부탁드리겠습니다.
